Guy Block: Arbitrator and member of the Brussel and Paris Bars, he holds his Bachelor degree from Liege University, the LL.M. from the Tulane Law School and the PhD from the University of Nice Sophia-Antipolis. He has 35 years of experience in the sectors of Energy and Infrastructure. Guy Block assisted multiple times national and international organization, development banks, governments, public and private companies. The fields of expertise include, inter alia, policy advisory, energy strategies, policies and institutional frameworks, growth and modernization of the energy sector, design and deployment of energy efficiency measures, promotion of RE policies, strategies and actions plans and liberalisation of energy and transport markets.
