Dr. Kwantes is Professor of Industrial/Organizational Psychology and Director of the Organization and Culture Research Centre at the University of Windsor.  She received an MSc in Clinical Psychology from Eastern Michigan University, and an MA and PhD in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Wayne State University.  She is a member of the International Association for Cross-Cultural Psychology, the Society for Industrial/Organizational Psychology, the Canadian Psychological Association, the Association for Psychological Science, and a Fellow of the International Association for Intercultural Research.  She has lived and taught in Canada, Japan, India, and the United States.  Her research focuses on the intersection of societal and organizational cultures, and how societal cultures affect workplace interactions and employee attitudes and work behaviors.  Dr. Kwantes serves on the editorial board of the International Journal of Cross-Cultural Management, as an ad hoc reviewer for a number of journals such as the Journal of Cross-Cultural Management, the Journal for International Business Studies, the Journal of Organizational Behavior and Human Decision Making, and the Journal of Business Research.  She is co-editor of the SpringerBrief Series on Culture, Organizations, and Work.


 
Dr. Sharon Glazer has a Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational (IO) Psychology from Central Michigan University (1999) and an M.S. in Applied (IO) Psychology from the University of Baltimore. She also had a postdoctoral fellowship at the National Institute of Occupational Safety and Health. Currently, Dr. Glazer is Professor and Chair of the Division of Applied Behavioral Sciences at the University of Baltimore and President of Healthy Organization, Inc.
