Judy Kincaid has been President of JK Associates LLC, a consulting firm specializing in CRM and CRM strategy, since December 2000. Prior to this she was Director, Customer Relationship Management Services at Hewlett-Packard Co., a job she held from 1978 through 2000. Judy has extensive experience in Customer Relationship management, database marketing, database integration, data quality management and customer privacy with particular focus on identifying and implementing the necessary ingredients for a robust marketing database. Judy received a BA in Psychology and an MS in Industrial Engineering from Stanford University.
