Dr. Panchanathan Manivasagan, Ph.D., is a Research Professor in the Department of Chemistry & Bio-Science, Kumoh National Institute of Technology (KIT), Gumi, South Korea. An overarching goal of his current research is the development of multifunctional nanomaterials for multimodal imaging (in vivo fluorescence imaging, photoacoustic imaging, CT imaging, and MR imaging) and therapy (chemotherapy, phototherapy, chemodynamic therapy, electrodynamic therapy, sonodynamic therapy, immunotherapy, starvation therapy, and electrolytic ablation therapy) of cancer and microbial infections. He received his Master's and Ph.D., in Marine Biotechnology from the Faculty of Marine Sciences, Annamalai University, Tamil Nadu, India. He subsequently served as a Post-Doctoral Researcher and Research Visiting Professor at the Department of Chemistry and Department of Biomedical Engineering, Pukyong National University, Busan, South Korea. He also worked as a Research Assistant Professor in the Department of Chemical and Biological Engineering, Korea University, Seoul, South Korea. He has numerous publications ( > 96) in outstanding and high-impact factor journals and book chapters ( > 20) and has presented invited talks and presentations at international conferences. He is also a regular reviewer for many reputed international journals.
Dr. Jayachandran Venkatesan M.Sc., M.Phil., Ph.D. is an assistant professor in Yenepoya Research Centre (YRC), Yenepoya (Deemed to be University), India. He worked as a postdoctoral researcher in the Division of Bioengineering, Incheon National University, and Hanyang University, South Korea. Previously, he worked as a Research Professor at the Department of Chemistry and Marine Bioprocess Research Center (MBPRC) at Pukyong National University, South Korea. He received his Master of Science in chemistry from Thiruvalluvar University in 2005. Further, He received his Ph.D. from Pukyong National University in 2011. His primary research interests
