Faisal Saeed has been an Assistant Professor at the Information Systems Department, Taibah University, KSA, since 2017. Previously, he worked as a Senior Lecturer at the Department of Information Systems at the Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM). He holds a B.Sc. in Computers (Information Technology) from Cairo University, Egypt; and an M.Sc. in Information Technology Management and Ph.D. in Computer Science from UTM. His research interests include data mining, information retrieval and machine learning.
 
Tawfik Al-Hadhrami is a Senior Lecturer at the School of Science and Technology, Nottingham Trent University, UK. He holds a B.Sc. in Control and Computer Engineering from the University of Technology, Baghdad, Iraq; and an M.Sc. in Information Technology, Applied Systems from the School of Engineering and Physical Sciences at Heriot-Watt University, Edinburgh, UK. Since 2009, he has been a Ph.D. student researcher at the University of theWest of Scotland, Paisley, UK. His research interests include wireless and mobile networks and video networking, Internet of Things (IoT), 5G/6G, and Internet protocol networks and applications. 

Fathey Mohammed received his B.Sc. in Computer Engineering from Isfahan University, Iran, in 2003; his M.Sc. in Information Technology Engineering from the Tarbiat Modares University, Tehran, Iran; and his Ph.D. in Information Systems from the Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM). He is currently a Visiting Senior Lecturer at the School of Computing, Universiti Utara Malaysia (UUM). His research interests include cloud computing, technology innovation adoption, information systems, project management, e-government and e-business.
