Prof. Subhransu Sekhar Dash is currently a Professor at the Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering, SRM Engineering College, SRM University, Chennai, India. Holding a Ph.D. from the College of Engineering, Guindy, Anna University, Chennai, India, he has more than 20 years of research and teaching experience. His research interests include power electronics and drives, modeling of FACTS controllers, power quality, power system stability, and smart grids. He is a Visiting Professor at Francois Rabelais University, POLYTECH, France; the Chief Editor of the International Journal of Advanced Electrical and Computer Engineering; and an Associate Editor of IJRER. He has published more than 200 research articles in peer-reviewed international journals and conference proceedings.

Prof. Swagatam Das received his B.E. Tel. E., M.E. Tel. E (Control Engineering specialization) and Ph.D. degrees from Jadavpur University, India, in 2003, 2005, and 2009, respectively. He is currently serving as an Associate Professor at the Electronics and Communication Sciences Unit of the Indian Statistical Institute, Kolkata, India. His research interests include evolutionary computing, pattern recognition, multi-agent systems, and wireless communication. Dr. Das has published one research monograph, one edited volume, and more than 200 research articles in peer-reviewed journals and international conference proceedings. He is the Founding Co-Editor-in-Chief of Swarm and Evolutionary Computation, an international journal from Elsevier. He has also served as or is serving as an Associate Editor of IEEE Trans. on Systems, Man, and Cybernetics: Systems, IEEE Computational Intelligence Magazine, IEEE Access, Neurocomputing (Elsevier), Engineering Applications of Artificial Intelligence (Elsevier), and Information Sciences (Elsevier).
