Susan Durbin is Associate Professor in Employment Studies at the University of the West of England, UK. She researches gendered employment, specifically women in male dominated jobs and industries and has published her work in a number of academic journals and edited collections. She is an Associate Editor of the journal Gender, Work and Organization and works closely with organisations in the public, private and not-for-profit sectors.
