Mark Kriger is Professor Emeritus of Strategic Leadership at the BI Norwegian Business School, Norway.  He has published numerous articles on strategic leadership, strategic change, and strategic vision in Academy of Management Journal, Leadership Quarterly, Strategic Management Journal, and Sloan Management Review. He is a previous Chair of the Strategy Process Interest Group of the Strategic Management Society.   
 
Yuriy Zhovtobryukh is a Senior Economist at Menon Business Economics, a research-based consultancy group advising the Norwegian government, business associations, and companies on strategy and policy issues. Yuriy is leading the firm’s engagements in energy and financial services industries.
