Dr. Suresh Kumar Gahlawat is presently working as Professor and Dean, Life Science at Ch. Devi Lal University, Sirsa, India. Renowned for his pioneering work in the field of Marine Biotechnology, Bacteriology and Virology he has published more than 60 manuscripts in various national and international peer-reviewed journals. He also serves as a referee for a number of International journals including International Journal of Aquaculture, Netherlands, and Journal of Applied Microbiology. In addition, he has chaired many national and international conferences, symposia, workshops and technical meetings. He has delivered a number of keynotes and invited lectures. He is an active member of various international scientific organizations and societies including Association of Microbiologist of India. Till now, he has authored more than 10 books and manuals in the field of Biotechnology and Fisheries. He is a recipient of several research, teaching and service awards, including DBT Overseas Associateship and Boyscasts fellowship.

Dr. Joginder Singh Duhan is presently working as Assistant Professor, Department of Biotechnology at Ch. Devi Lal University, Sirsa, India. His primary research interests are focused on Microbial Biotechnology, Fermentation Technology, and Biological Nitrogen Fixation. With a research experience of more than 18 years, he has published more than 59 research articles in reputed national and international journals. He has been conferred with various prestigious awards including Young Scientist Award in the field of Agriculture Microbiology, and K.K. Nanda Award for the best research paper presentation. He is an active member of many societies including, Association of Microbiologist of India and The Indian Science Congress Association. He has delivered more than 9 invited lectures.
